Planning ahead
How far in advance to arrange it
International arrangements begin at two days, and a 48-hour minimum applies to travel engagements. Contact us around two weeks ahead of your preferred dates where you can — it gives us room for consultation, availability checks, selection and flight bookings without rushing any of them.
During the planning process we’ll consult with you about your preferences, the nature of the trip, and your schedule. We take matching seriously; chemistry matters, especially when you’ll be spending extended time together.
