1. The agreement
These terms apply when you use this website, apply for membership, or book an arrangement. By doing any of those things you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the one published when the booking was confirmed.
2. What we provide
Mystique Companions is an introduction and companionship agency. We arrange social companionship: dinner engagements, travel companionship and longer arrangements. What you are paying for is a person’s time and company.
To be unambiguous: fees are for time and companionship only. Nothing on this site is an offer of, and no fee constitutes payment for, any sexual service. Any such expectation is outside this agreement, and pressing it ends the arrangement and the membership immediately and without refund.
Our companions are independent adults who choose each arrangement they accept, and may decline or end any arrangement at any time.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live and where the arrangement takes place.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
- Membership is by application and at our discretion. We may decline an application without giving a reason.
4. Membership
Membership runs annually from approval. The fee is confirmed during your application, before any commitment.
Membership is personal to you. It may not be shared, resold or transferred, and portal access may not be given to anyone else.
You may cancel at any time. Membership fees are refundable pro rata within the first thirty days if you have not made a booking; after that they are not refundable, though we will always look at genuine hardship.
5. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we confirm it in writing and any deposit has been received. Until then, nothing is held.

Travel, accommodation and expenses for an arrangement are yours to arrange and settle unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Conduct
The etiquette guide is not decoration. The following end an arrangement immediately, without refund, and generally end the membership:
- Pressure of any kind, of any sort, at any point.
- Photography or recording without express agreement.
- Intoxication to the point of nuisance.
- Aggression, harassment or threats toward a companion or our staff.
- Attempting to arrange with a companion outside the agency, or to obtain her private contact details.
Companions are held to the same standard: punctuality, discretion and courtesy. If an arrangement falls short on our side, tell us and we will put it right.
7. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation terms are set out in full on the Payment Information page. In summary: more than 72 hours’ notice is rearranged at no charge; within 72 hours a portion may be retained; non-arrival is charged in full; anything cancelled by us is refunded in full or rearranged at your preference.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We expect the same discretion from you: the identity, contact details and personal circumstances of any companion you meet are confidential and must not be shared, published or posted.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photography, design and code — belongs to Mystique Companions or is used under licence. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without written permission.
10. Liability
We arrange introductions with care, but we do not control how any individual arrangement unfolds. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising out of an arrangement is limited to the fees you paid for that arrangement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of your local mandatory law.
